FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which chainsaw chain fits my saw?
Match the chain's pitch, gauge, and drive link count to your guide bar or existing chain. Bar length alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.
Where can I find pitch, gauge, and drive link information?
These specifications are often stamped on the guide bar, printed in the chainsaw manual, or marked on the packaging of your existing chain.
What is the difference between Semi-Chisel and Full-Chisel?
Semi-Chisel cutters have a more rounded working corner and are well suited to general-purpose cutting. Full-Chisel cutters have a sharper square-style working corner and are commonly chosen for faster cutting in cleaner wood.
What pack sizes are available?
Selected SawEdge chains are offered in 1PC, 2PC, 5PC, and 10PC pack sizes.
What is the difference between Standard Series and Pro Series?
Standard Series chains are positioned for dependable everyday use. Pro Series chains are intended for more demanding cutting applications and use upgraded alloy-steel construction where specified.
Can I return a chain if I ordered the wrong size?
Unused and uninstalled items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Installed, used, sharpened, or modified chains are generally not returnable.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
